These terms govern your use of this website and the design-partner waitlist. They’re deliberately short: the terms for using the Verum product itself are agreed separately with each design partner.

The website

The content on this site is provided for information about Verum. It is provided “as is”, and while we work to keep it accurate, we make no warranties about it. Don’t misuse the site: no scraping the waitlist endpoints, probing, or attempting to disrupt the service.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist is a request, not a contract: it doesn’t guarantee access to Verum, and either of us can end the conversation at any time. Information you submit is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

The Verum name, logo, and the content of this site belong to Verum Inc. Third-party product names mentioned on this site belong to their respective owners and don’t imply endorsement.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Verum Inc. isn’t liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website.
